[Solved] Can't log in to main account

When I finally moved all of my sc4 stuff onto my new computer I wanted to log back in to my account (Leo -- email <Redacted>) however there's a problem this site says that "Display Name you entered does not belong to any account" but in the password rest email it says its Leo -- and if I go to the into the sign up form I would use the contact us page but that's completely broken.

Hi @LMT and good idea to register a new account so you can regain access. We'll get this sorted for you no worries.

The first thing I notice checking our admin tools is the Leo account is named as follows:

Leo                   --

So if not entered in exactly like this (with the 19 space in-between) and it wouldn't recognise your account to sign in. What I've just done is performed a rename on the account, so now the username is exactly as you anticipated, and it is indeed assigned to that email address as specified.

This means now try signing in with the username:  Leo --

If this doesn't work with the password, we can reset this for you manually. Just let us know and we're here to help.
