Hiya @spiritualfire, I'm not quite sure if it's the case, Are you saying that the surface of your water shouldn't be that transparent? I guess that your issue is about Terrain mod's Exemplar, since Peg's Brigantine is just FSH files inside, You could check out your Terrain Mod, There would be an exemplar which IID is 00000001(sorry i forgot its TG id), then I thought you may could find out WaterDepthForMaxAlpha (WDFMA) and WaterMinAlpha (WMA) there with iLiveReader, I remember that The WDFMA would be better = 25, the number bigger than it, the water would be more transparent, and also the WMA, that would be better to 0.

You could give it a try by tweaking these two values after you well backup it. I hope it helps.:}

Sincerely,

-- Raymond

PS: Another mod which could transform the effect of water is JENX POSEIDON Water Effects (v. 1.0) by xannepan, sorry that i don't know too much about it by now, If so, there should be other specialists could help you.

    @Raymond7cn Hey there. That’s what I’m saying. I’ve had this water mod installed for over a year, and as you can see in the smaller photo of the same scene the water wasn’t transparent. The only terrain mod I have is the Mossy Granite and it’s been installed the same amount of time...... I ran the Cleanitol on a few things before loading the game and seeing this. I’ll check to see if I have the Poseidon effects you mention but perhaps something got moved when updating certain files.

    Ah, I see, @spiritualfire I have a suggestion which may make your investigation more easier, You could give @rivit's great tool a try here:

    By the help of DataNode, you could scan all the plugins in your computer, try to find out if there are that Terrain exemplar's IDs,

    The Terrain Properties Exemplar - TGI: 6524284A, 88CD66E9, 00000001

    Locate (the result could be exported as csv as well) and open them with iLiveReader, you may could find out the problem.:}

    Sincerely,

    -- Raymond

    Ah, BTW, If you thought the issue happened after the Cleanitol, i remember that Cleanitol would backup all the file deleted to somewhere, You may could Locate the problem by restoring them one by one.:}
