KOSC parks vol 1&2 not showing

Hey guys, I’m having some real trouble trying to make @kingofsimcity's parks set 1&2 to show up in the game. Literally tried everything there is to try, the mod/bat has all the required dependencies in place, tried using the damn menus as well. It honestly will not show up in the game. It’s not loading

Firstly; take the park sets and the required dependecies and put in a new empty plugins folder (or move everything else out) then try to load the game. Do they show up? 
If yes we can proceed from there.

Secondly;  are you by chance on a mac os based system? there is o-so-many issues with this game and mac os - plugins limit being one of them
