I have downloaded this building and so liked it. And I found this NAM AVE-2 road with beautiful trees in the road. Can anybody tell me what is it? Thanks a lot!!!

You're welcome. The easiest way to do a search for all custom content is by typing into google. Eg: "AVE 2 mod simtropolis.com" and you will get a whole slew of results.
