SOLVED Export from BAT is not showing up in SC4 Plug in Manager? Help?

I just exported a building in BAT that i wanted to put in SimCity 4, but it's not showing up in SC4 Plug in Manager at all. Is there a limit on how much stuff I can add to the game? what's causing this?

You must have a XML position that reflects your drawings (FSH) positions and models (S3D) positions with the correct numbers. The SC4 Plugin Manager reads the file XML ONLY!!!

I figured it out. The reason why it wasn't showing up is because i had an "&" character in the title of the project.
