Sunken Tram station Track without a mod

Hello community !

I wanted to ask you if it is possible to create a sunken tram station track only with the help of the road editor and mod tools ?

I' ve tried that for hours without any sucess so far. I' ve looked into the source code of BP's extra train station tracks mod and his tram station track mod as well.

I was able to create a "on the ground" - version which works very well, but I had no luck with the sunken version. 

I am no modder and I have no experience in any programming language... which means that I am not able to write a mod to achieve what I want ... :/ 

I hope that any of you is able to help me with that problem or at least can tell me if it is possible or not.
