Transparent parking lots

Hi community! Not sure if anyone else is having or has had this problem, but I seem to.... I have attached an image to detail my problem with custom parking lots showing up as transparent. I have sc4jeek's Walking Snake and SHK both installed correctly, and yet the parking lots only show up on certain lots. As you can see in the photo, the LDS Church by Ferrt (top left) uses SHK and is transparent but the Costco shows up. The hotel by Heblem uses the other parking lot and yet the Marriott across the street shows up. Please help!

Fixed the lots for LDS Church - couldn't get it to work either (link further down)

As for the Heblem lot; do you have a link to it?
Edit: if this is the lot, you need http://descargas.capitalsim.net/?sitio=csc&descarga=1416 & http://descargas.capitalsim.net/?sitio=csc&descarga=797
Seems this lot has not been updated to use the Mega Texture pack

Thank you Yarahi! Yes that was the link to the hotel lot, and the parking doesn't show up on that one as well as four others: LBT Super 8, Comfort Inn, Best Western, and the Holiday Inn. I will download the Texture Packs and run them again. Thank you so much again for the help.

As far as the LDS Church goes I have the MN version.....

I had the same problem with these lots even after installing every base and parking texture I could find.   I hope this gets resolved because these are some very great models.   If need be they can be re-lotted with known textures... a job for RRetail.

If you are refering to the LBT lots - don't see why it shouldn't as they all use the same dependencies. If the new texture/prop packs doesn't work, go to CapitalSimCity and get the old versions

As discussed here, the basic problem is missing texture dependencies. So before doing anything else, double-check the download description/readme and ensure you have everything listed installed. If that doesn't work, perhaps the creator forgot to list one, in which case there is no easy solution to finding it. Although if you can find the Texture ID that's not showing, that may help to narrow it down.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

@Raz444 Is this the lot you are refering to?

If so, it lists a texturepack by Sc4jeeks as a dependency - however, he has uploaded a newer version on SC4Devotion that fixes some issues with texture conflicts; https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1181

If you don't have this version, consider updating
