Wealth of Hospitals??

In LeProp software, you can state the wealth of a hospital. What does that mean? Is there such value for hospitals?? If yes, then how does it work? The wiki.sc4devotion didn't mention anything about the wealth of medical clinic, large medical center, or disease research center.

Guess is only the wealthification for effects of grass, sidewalks and light poles. Surely it would be useful to make the inmediate environment of the hospital more or less coherent with the style of the model and the lot, but it should have no effect on the work of the hospital itself.

Any sort of ploppable can have wealth assigned to it, but the function of it is minimal. It might affect the textures that appear on the lot where a texture family is used, but that's about it. All ploppables default to low density / low wealth when activating zoning textures on networks. With the exception of bus stops and a couple of the Maxis park items / open paved area. Although these invoke a different zoning type, to my knowledge no one has been able to utilise such a thing elsewhere.
