Hey guys,

I could finally install the Networking Mod on my Mac for Simcity 4 and I was all hope that I will finally have the new streets updates and Highways .. but after I downloaded the mod and install it .. I could not find the new roads there or highways .. only the subways and train updates .. so can anyone help me out there? if it will not work I would rather delete the game and install Simcity 2013 because the traffic problems are unsolvable without the Mod.

Hi there

Are you using the Steam version or the App Store version? I know some people have trouble applying the NAM to the App Store version. For some reason it doesn't like modding.

Did you do a basic installation or a custom installation? I chose to do the custom installation and clicked on everything to be added. I am also using NAM 34 and waiting to install NAM 35 for the moment. You could try reinstalling with custom settings (if you didn't do that already).

Hi, 

I am experiencing the same problems as Murhaf; no roads or highways, only a few subway and train updates, of which a few even contain brown boxes. Also, I am not able to open the Traffic Simulator Configurator Tool on my Mac. I installed the special mac version of NAM, version 35, running the Steam version of Simcity 4. Someone please help?

Did you tick the standard install button or the custom install one? I have just updated to NAM 35 and I chose to install using the custom mode and then just ticked everything I was interested in, it might be worth doing that if you haven't tried it yet. As to the Traffic Sim Config, that is nothing that I use so no help there, sorry.

The TSCT requires Java to be installed to work, perhaps that's your problem?

Bear in mind too there is a strict limit to the number of mods the mac version can load properly. If you haven't already, it's recommended to dat-pack the NAM for use on Macs.
