Thank goodness for other people's props. I don't think I'm equipped to handle all the greenery detail that would be needed.

    Enjoy!

@RRetail I have some pictures for you for maybe another Plaza like your Target. DDs discount is Ross Dress for Less sister, but from my belief if Ross can’t sell it they sent it off to DDs and they sell it even cheaper, and a Marshall’s/HomeSense or Homegoods Store would look great also in a plaza with it.

Yep, aware of those. DD's really only seems to be Florida from what I've seen making it a regional brand. Homesense is an up and coming thing with Homegoods being more established. I really don't understand why TJX uses both Homegoods and HomeSense since both presumably sell the same products.

Lol. It’s funny bc my area they will have TJMaxx and Homegoods and Marshall in the same plaza. Which is very dumb bc TJMacx and Marshall’s is the some store lol. DDs is actually aloe bigger the what I thought with many locations in Fl, Ga, Tn,  Chicago, Ca, Az, and NM

I understand TJMaxx and Homegoods or Marshalls and Homegoods, but not TJ Maxx and Marshall's together.

Huh, what do you know. DD's is bigger than I thought. They apparently even have a few stores around Philadelphia.

I just thought it was dumb when I see the Marshall’s sign up. I’m like that don’t make no sense at all.

It used to be a bunch of different stores, like a Macy's Furniture Gallery and Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill. Also had a Johnny Rockets. Then they all left and TJs bought out much of the retail space

I believe Toys R Us used to be there also and a Staples. I think the Macy’s Furniture Gallery is still open “could be wrong”. Hard for they company’s to say open in very big office area and with the Kenwood mall next door.

That’s the most unique TJ Maxx/Homegoods/Marshalls I’ve ever seen.

And yeah DD’s Discounts is here in CA, there are at least 3 of them within 15 miles of where I live.  Many more throughout the rest of the metro area.

This is Cincinnati “Kenwood” Ohio. It’s a old Small mall that TJMaxx has made into there own, ultra beauty, Five Below, men warehouse and many other shop call it home also. And yes DD is very big in Ross Country aka California.

Looks pretty nice, but can you make them as separate buildings?

Is there a particular reason why? I ask as it is rare for these type of businesses to be standalone buildings.

I would most likely use Marshalls as a building ploppable if I want a shopping center if I'm being honest.  I could use it when joining a Ross Dress For Less, a Petsmart, or even a Staples.

Fair enough. I can compromise and release a standalone Marshall's as a prop building in my next prop pack update.

I wonder what are the outparcels for this shopping center.  I can definitely use Dicks Sporting Goods and Marshalls for a future strip mall.

Wow! First off, thank you for your hard work! I have a lot your lots and I love them all. After seeing these, I want to throw my hand in the ring and try making lots sometime in the future (when I have time do so *).

Have you thought about making a Super Kmart? The last Super Kmart in existence closed last year, and I believe that it would be cool to see a proper tribute to Super Kmart Centers... and Kmart in general. By the looks of it, it appears that Kmart's last Christmas season is here :(

Here's the infamous Warren, Ohio Super Kmart Center (this was the last one in existence):

I'm waiting for the day when someone makes a Faber College lot for SimCity 4
