Backing Up City and Files

So my computer may be jacked and I might have to wipe the drive and do a clean install. I'm posting from a laptop right now. My question is, what files do I need to backup to keep my city saves, as well as files I've created in the asset editor?

Basically, what all files do I need to backup so I don't lose anything when I reinstall?

Not sure how the steam workshop subscriptions work but that's all the local files.

Some mods store settings in the game folder as well.

So I'm back. I had to get a new drive and do a clean install. I wasn't able to back up anything. I can't get my original drive to boot, so I couldn't save anything.

All my files were lost, including all my save games, two of which I spent hundreds of hours on, and all my asset editor files, which were hundreds more hours.

So I have to start all over again, reinstalling Steam and CS, and redoing everything.

My question is how do I get all the things I was subbed to before? Is there a way to find all that?
