Rico models and assets

Hi guys and girls I hope all is well.  I just wanted to ask dose any one have any links to a good collection of Rico mod models and assets? I've been playing Alpha now for a wile now and think I finely have a grip on how a city work's and I wanted to try something new. And basically  start a new city just using Rico models and assets. So any advice or list's would be greatly received thank you.

I personally recommend using the Modern Russian Architecture assets and other Russian/Soviet-style buildings. They are good for making modern council flat areas.

Other than that, finding industrial assets, like warehouses, on the workshop should be pretty easy, and they are great for building out big industrial spaces in your cities.

It's worth noting that  Vladalexsh's assets aren't optimized very well, so if you don't have a very powerful pc, they might not be a good choice. Though the look nice, they will tax your graphics card more than they should.

KingLeno has a very nice collection of commercial and residential RICO buildings.

Sonicnurse has some residential and industry.

Another good commercial creator is Svenpotsdam.

And then I'll shamelessly promote my own RICO industry Miyagi Motors, warehouses and modular distribution center

Agreed on that. They're awfully heavy (well on my standards almost everything is... but his are VERY heavy )

Thank you so much guys. I had a look at them on the work shop and i'm looking forward to trying them out. If any of you can think of any more that might help to make my city even better please let me know:) . I really want to do this and make something really cool so thank you all  for the help.

I hadn't noticed that his assets were the ones taxing my computer. Oh well, good to know. His assets are pretty though. :-)
