How do I make buildings?

Hi. How do I make buildings? I don't have enough. I have Gmax, SC4 Plugin Manager, SC4 Bat, Lot Editor, Landscape Designer, Traffic Simulator, Region Census, and SC4 Deluxe Rush Hour. How do I edit existing lots? For Example, I want to get rid of the little dog eared wooden fence on Spa's wonderful lots.

 If you have gmax installed and activated, then you need to add the BAT (a gmax game pack) to it.  You will need the Lot Editor to put your new building into a lot.

Here is Part 1 of the Tutorial from the Omnibus.  gmax and most other 3D editors are really very high level programming languages with special tools.  You need the BAT to be able to render your model from full 3D to the 2D views needed for the game.
