The driving side is related to the language used during installation. I can't be sure, but I think this is an area where Origin don't excel. For some digital editions, you get whatever version matches the country you downloaded it in. Some of these have an additional installer such as "Language Setup.exe" from GoG. You can run this to select a different locale or language to run SC4. You want US English for RHD/English speaking.

I'm not completely sure the Origin edition has such a setup file :(.

Usually you can set a switch in the shortcut to switch languages. This requires a little manual setup. First goto the default installation directory, you should have a folder here called "UKEnglsh". Copy the folder (including it's contents) and rename it "English", keeping the new folder in the same location. Now find the shortcut for your game, right click and select properties. Find the target line in the shortcut tab and add the following text:  -l:"English", that has a preceding space, be sure to include it. Now upon startup, the game should have switched sides if all goes well. The problem, I'm not sure you can enter such switches this way with the Origin version, but theoretically these instructions should work. It depends on how you launch the game. For example I know with Steam this switch has to be entered in the Steam client.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.
