Crashes and missing menus

Whenever I go back to the main menu the game simply crashes. I've tried disabling everything, but it still happens.

 

Interestingly, when I disabled all my mods, I immediately got the achievement for unlocking everything for absolutely no reason. Perhaps there's a connection?

 

I've already tried verifying the game cache.

 

I am also unable to access the Traffic++ menu, supposedly it's next to taxis but I've never seen it there.

 

Hell, it could be Windows that's responsible for all this. If only the game would dump an error log maybe CO and Paradox be able to figure it out.

 

Windows errors don't even help. I need a dump, Microsoft! Not "X is searching for ********* answers"!

 

EDIT: It may have to do with RPG Maker MV. That's when it started.

 

EDIT2: Looking at the output log, the problem seems to be related to resetting vehicle AI, as if the file for it was mysteriously deleted.

    Even the update didn't fix it. The problem appears to be this file which doesn't exist:

    What's a buildslave? Has anyone here worked with Unity before? The only files with Unity in their name on the C drive are related to Assassin's Creed: Unity, which I don't have but my PC thinks I do.

    EDIT: I'm probably wrong, but I think the vehicle AI resetting problem returned after I enabled all my assets. The problem could be an asset limit or something.

    I found 2 mods causing errors in your log:

    1) CompassMod
    2) Random Map Generator

    the "buildslave" line is not an error. Just ignore it.

    The thing is, the crash happens even when I disable all mods. The issue may or may not be with vehicle AI.

    Btw, your Traffic++ is also doing weird stuff in the log. Uninstall it.

     

    The crash usually happens because of a single broken asset (building, vehicle, tree)... It is usually not related to mods.

    Downloading Don't Crash fixed the problem. However, it appears enabling too many assets glitches out the UI like in this other thread, it happens at around 288 assets and it doesn't matter what those assets are.

    use presidential traffic mod - it covers all features that traffic++ have and runs much smoother - no need for traffic++ anymore.

    I have this crashing to desktop error since the game is released. Pressing the back to gamemenu never worked yet and its faster doing exit to desktop and restart the game. :D

    Under options / misc - reset gamepreferences or soemthing similar helps fixing crashing and stuff, after a game $%&^!up - but yes you need to set all new on basic option like video n stuff.

    That problem's fixed, now I need to fix the problem with the UI breaking. It appears to be based purely on asset count, does the game front load everything?
