Can someone improve this model for me

First off, this model is not mine, tho the  author stated in the description  "Someone is welcome to update the asset and share it as their own asset. I think I'm done with this game". With that being so, I figured I improve it, such as better texatures, add night lighting, etc. Well I have tried for hours to just get the wall removed, but cant figure it out. That is why I am asking for your guys help.

So, I have this model and need someone with the skills of blender to get better  texture's on it,(brick wall around stage instead of concrete, better concrete texture  for stairs) remove the center wall  between the 2nd stage I added in blender(you will see what i mean when  you open the model), replace stage roof with something more architecturally, and add night lighting to it. If someone could be so kind that would be great. here is the orginal link: thanks for your help!.

You should YouTube a few videos on how to UV Unwrap in blender.  The concept isn't that tough.  Your model is built of faces.  Each of these faces are a 2d object that in combination make a 3d object.  The UV's of a model are simply just a layout of 2d faces that are arranged in a way when laid out together they make a seamless picture texture that is applied over the skin of the model.

The UV Unwrapping process is taking your model and "unwrapping" or telling blender to take these 2d faces separately and then lay them out flat on the UV side/screen so that you can put pictures to them.  The system then takes those UV's and coordinates in a way so that the geometry on your model corresponds to the UV's in the specific layout and perspective you've chosen.

The trick here is to layout your UV's and then apply the textures in photoshop.  You shouldn't make a texture first then apply UV's to that.  Google, "UV Unwrapping" for Blender and there are a wealth of tutorials to follow.  REMEMBER - this $%&^! is very detail oriented.  You can skip 1 small step, check box, or menu option and screw your entire process up.  Make sure you triple watch the videos and follow along word for word your first few times!  Good luck!

I'd gladly have a look at the model, it looks fairly straightforward. But i don't use Blender.

Thanks for sending out the model, I've taken a look at the obj but I fear there's quite a few problems in the geometry including holes and overlapping faces/verts.

To be honest it would probably take me less time to make something like it from scratch than to go and fix these things. I definitely wouldn't try and texture it as is.
