I was thinking of drivable go karts.

I don't know of any available, but it is possible to make automata mods for you to see go-karts driving around your city. What I don't know is if it's possible to be able to drive these go-karts in the U-Drive-It (UDI) mode.

You're going to have to make them. I don't know of any in existence. Unfortunately, I really am not familiar with how to make automata mods.
