It seems to me that ALTX is always on, as well.  Today at lunch I got on the internet and I saw ALTX in the Currently Online list!  I couldn't believe anybody besides me was obsessed enough to get online during their lunch hour (well, I have an excuse, for the moment I have a different lunch period than any of my friends...).

I watched this chump (toxic waste truck) circled this small-town city block about 20 times before I rememberd this thread. He keept up his rounds LOOONG after I had taken it, then his friend came up and joined him for a couple rounds, then he took off.    Evil bastards....I love em!

They just do that. High-wealth or not, they drive around in circles, scaring the little peoples. They did it when the town was all low-wealth, and still do it. I think its a script or something...they just want to get a rise out of the sims.

All the way into a high wealth area? Whenever I have a toxic waste dump, the toxic waste trucks usually only go a few blocks away from the dump and then disapear.

Here's a strange screen shot that I took after I installed fff99's wildlife modd:

If only real live where like that. Normaly the bear would be dead and the car would be wrecked. Now they walked/ drove on as if nothing happened.
