Fixing UV Maps

Vortext mentioned some of Xannepanne's models had problems with the render and I remembered that SC4BAT sometimes screws up the UV Maps upon exporting. Long and short after successfully helping him to restore the model in question I remembered one I was meaning to take a look at myself, a bus stop by DocRorlach that is contained in wmp_ruraldocks3_props.dat.

Whatever has gone wrong with the UV Mapping, it only affects the E/W Z5 views, N/S are both fine as are the other zooms. Here is the problem UV:

Is there some way of magically working out the correct UV values, either from the N/S rotations or scaling up the zoom 4 values which are correct? I'd really like to fix this model as it's quite a pretty little rural bus stop.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

0:) - Doh!, you know how sometimes just looking at something later is enough to give you clarity? Well this is the same advice I was giving Vortext, but for some reason when I first looked at the model I couldn't see what value was off. It's obvious today that the U values need doubling here, hey presto now the file is fixed :) - thanks for your input though.
