Hey, is there a way to organize the landmarks menu with subcategories so I don't have to hold the button down for like an hour when I want the smalltown USA pieces?

To possible methods:

1) Use ILive's reader and manually modify the 'Item Order' parameter in the examplar file in the .SC4lot file.  It is not as complicated as it sounds.  You just have to come up with your numbering scheme and modify each .SC4LOT file accordingly.  This is the method I use to order all my menus

2) Use the DAMN mod to organize your menus.  You can download the DAMN menu manager from the STEX.  I have not used this method, but I'm sure you can find information on using the DAMN on the Omnibus.

The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older.  Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death."

It's much the same as MMLs but it works differently. In essence both these mods seek to find a way of better organising the large amount of menu items most players will end up with.

In the case of DAMN, it adds a series of categories to the news feed in-game which you can use to find the lots in-game.

MML lots seek to hide groups of content that only appear in the menus when a "construction lot" is plopped first.

Both methods have some drawbacks, but are certainly worthy of consideration.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.
