Can you please spend a bit more time to make sure your writing is clear and that everyone can understand what you're saying? Like, make proper use of singular and plural nouns, use proper punctuation, and grammar. It really doesn't take that long to do this; in fact, now you're going to have to spend more time explaining what you were trying to say. Are you asking if it works or not on Windows 10, or informing us that it does work on Windows 10?

You really have got to improve the clarity of your posts. Save us a bit of frustration and confusion. (and save us a bit of time trying to decipher what the heck you're talking about ;) ) Thanks!

Well, regardless of the fact of whether he's asking about SC4 working w/ Windows 10, I really doubt that we'll have any real insight on the compatibility of a decade old game on Windows 10. We'll probably on be able to really clarify this once W10 is actually out :P

Unless I can be proven wrong however...;)

I guessing the person asking the question doesn't speak English as their first language, asking them to do better probably makes as much sense as asking a baby to speak up and stop making stupid noises...

In any case, initial reports suggest indeed SC4 will work with Win10, however, experience tells me we won't know for sure until the final build is released, plus even though the game works, who's to say tools used by many will do so. In the few weeks after launch no doubt users will start to report the situation, I recommend however easy it is to upgrade you don't rush into such things.

In the technical discussion on Windows 8 in the Bugs and Issues forum, this question has been answered in the affirmative.

I suggest rsc204 has the right of it.  The program may work depending on what hardware you have, and what happens to various drivers in the final release.  Since there is such a plethora of hardware configurations in the world, I would be willing to say that if you have trouble on Windows 8.1 you'll have similar vicissitudes on Windows 10, but perhaps of a different order of magnitude,.

Given that their user name was Larry, it didn't seem like he was a non-English speaker. But perhaps that's not his actual name. Google translate really fails at life for the most part.

Depends really, for giving you an insight into something you wouldn't otherwise be able to understand, it's pretty invaluable. For translating properly, I don't know if computers will ever be able to "think" enough like humans to be able to process context, on the day they solve that one, every translator in the world will be out of a job.

I completely agree.  Also, mechanical translators can't properly handle phrases (in Italian) like 'virgole courrante' and come up with running comma when the correct translation is floating point.  Even commercial translation services fail when you hand them a technical manual out of their experience.
