There are so many great batters out there making w2w and historical bats like Swi21, Xannepan, Odd from Sweden, Erdmoebel  and stephenhh just to name a few. Let's show them the results of their efforts. 36.gif

They are the original Maxis ones that i've made into park lots to use in my game. You can download them from http://dudyconstructor.com/ in the exchange area. I think there are other similar version located on the stex here too.

    Moneymail,
That's great. It's quite realistic compared to Paris- well as realistic as SC4 will let you get. My question to you is do you plop all those buildings or grow them? And if you grow them, how do you get all the buildings you want where you want them?

    Keep it historic everyone.

Moneymail: that's what he is talking about. plopping is selecting a building which contains com. or ind. that you can manually select and plop down wherever you please. it's very common in many cj's.

Moneymail, he was asking whether those buildings grew or were plopped, and how you managed to get the right ones if they grew.
    Nice pictures everyone!

My bad... I had read how do you plop but it's do you plop
    lmao... sorry for that...
So... these buildings are plopped. The original game has no place for historical buildings. If you want to get a real historical borough, you have to plop it 8.gif

Incidentally, Fox, with those castle walls, they don't show up in my game (grassy patch). Can you enlighten me as to why?

I love those shots now as much as I did the first time I saw those, Sepsis.  I've used them as a model for my historical sections of my cities in the past.
