Can't get map working that needs deleted plugin

I'm trying to get this map to work: but the plugin pack the guy has linked to doesn't seem to exist, I just get taken to the STEX exchange.  Without it there is no sea in the map, even though I've installed the sea level mod in the instructions.

I've managed to track it down using the file ID (that description link uses an old format).

Coincidentally, I just rendered the Hobart map - and yes, the set in the link provided by Cyclone is the correct one. Just pull one of the 1500m files out and place in your plugins it before rendering the map. Although, I'm curious. Without the 1500m file, I got mostly water, not land.
