A teenager was dying after a prank by school bullies went wrong, while his classmates laughed at him, in full view of the pupils' teacher! All those involved in the bullying had been expelled, but it's too late. I'm sure those... will keep on bullying and even killing more students, no matter where they will be. You know, just for fun. Because there is no better way to show how awesome you're... than making somebody's life miserable.

1.  The perpetrators should be charged with murder.

2.  The teacher is an accessory after the fact.

3.  The laughers deserve whatever the ministry of justice can find for their enlightenment.

I'm willing to bet that whatever school that is is a rough place and that the teacher was afraid to scold the bullies or try to stop them.  The classroom was not under her control, and she probably was forced to give up the upper hand on the first day of classes.  The bullies may be armed or have gang connections.  There are undoubtedly reasons why the teacher did nothing, none of them excusable, and all of them boiling down to the absolutely unacceptable behavior by the "students."

That's a little extreme. It's not uncommon that a lot of people end up being bystanders when this stuff goes on, and it's quite sad.

When I was in the public school system I got beaten by the bullies too, but they got their fair share of the damage as well, and I think they deserved every bit of it. From personal experience, I would say that the bullies are basically bags stuffed with straw. That's it. They don't really know how to fight that well at all. They have a lower than average intelligence and would scatter like dogs if one of them feels the pain. They would act cowardly when they know they can't win. Plus, unlike those goons, you have a real reason to fight and get revenge.

I agree with that one. Best way to get rid of all bullies is to impose a strict, almost dictatorial discipline in the schools. Some of the bullies must be harshly punished to serve as en example to others. The modern public school system is pretty lax with that kind of stuff.

And this is where communism can aid... :/ I do find the best way to tackle bullies is at the source. Most bullies these days are insecure, projecting there anger and emotions is just one of their mechanisms to defend themselves against, well themselves.. Generally, in this case this is an unfortunate situation where the bully got what he wanted, with consequences. They got they wanted, reassurance. WHich as a result promotes this kind of behaviour further. Charging into an endless cycle. These kids however, indeed deserve to face what justice perceive.

Too many kids get punished when they fight back against a bully, so as a result many are too scared to retaliate. We need to stop this and encourage kids to stand up against bullies. Any bully would stop if he knew that if he was to punch some innocent kid for no reason, he'd get punched in the face too. After all, he does deserve that!

Clearly the school curricula need to include 'the arts of self-defence' and quite early too.
