Help identifying a STEX bldg...

Want to clear it out of my files and can't seem to locate the proper file. It is a behemoth of a black custom ploppable super skyscraper. No function other than to serve as some grotesquely tall monument. Almost all black in color and lists as "custom ploppable" under landmarks.

Could you be talking about the I think that fits your description as being a black skyscraper.
