Hey guys I am sure this is common knowledge but I would like to mention it for any new comers that never thought to ask or look for it. Plus I figured guys like nonnymoose are always helping me so I figured I need to contribute too. Getting 2 of each (almost each) achievement.

When you see you have achieved the requirements for an achievement, i.e. church, cemetery, private school, stadium, etc, and you want two of them simply open the news scroll at the botton of the screen and then open the "prize button" and scroll to the achievement you just earned. Click and place. Then go to your news feed and click on the notice of your achievement and click accept and place it again. The key is to open your news feed first. If you open it after you place it from the prize button it will no longer be in the news scroll.

There are times (not many) that this will not work. I use it for statues, churches, cemeteries, and private schools mostly.

I wonder if you can get 3 of each if you use the "youdon'tdeserveit" cheat then use my suggestion when you actually earn it. I might try that today ha ha ha!

There's actually a trick/nack for getting unlimited; involves using both mouse buttons when plopping item in some way but effectively allowing unlimited usage.

There are lots of churches and houses of worship of various stripes on the exchanges.  They often come in sets.  I have two or three wets that I use.  I have the regular non-denominational one, some cathedrals and at least one mosque.

I often get double using "I don't deserve this", as soon after growing the reward pops up again.  Should be able to get 3 then.

Another trick I found is you can place both the male and female versions of the statue rewards.  All you have to do is accept the reward but do not place it right away.  Once the statue reward shows up in the rewards menu, you will see you have an option to place a male version or the female version.  To get both, place one of the statues and then right away go back to the rewards menu.  You should still see the other gender of the statue available.  Quickly select it and then place it.  If you wait too long after placing the first gender version of the statue, the second one will disappear because of the rewards requirements in the RewardsLUA.dat file.
