Another Sketch I do back in 2013 (around August-September)....

Scania 1972 V8 T-12

photo0093.jpg

Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 RWD, with Jimmy McRae in it...

photo0094.jpg

Peugeot 206 WRC 2000, Marcus Gronholm in Rally Argentina

photo0095.jpg

Again, the images were blurry for some reason, any help?

Also, I don't have marker at that time, and quite lazy to make it bolder now.... :D

Thank you

This was my final art project last year, a portrait of Paul McCartney. I screwed up on the eyes, but oh well...

img0025oi.jpg

I did this one a year before, I think. It's of my dad when he was about my age. The picture's not that great because it was taken from a iPod, but I'll try to upload a better one.

@Drack:  That Gooney Bird sketch reminded me that the first commercial airline flight I took in the U.S. from Cleveland to Dayton, OH was aboard one of those.  I also remember that the military version was called a DC4.

@Nonny : the military variant of the DC-3 is the C-47 Skytrain (or Dakota). The DC-4 is another model (4 Engines).

Managed to dig deeper to find my older works :

    Z33 Nissan Fairlady Z (350Z)

@Drack.  Yes, I stand corrected.  The DC4 was a heavy bomber.  Didn't quite live up to the Lancaster, which we built here out of plywood.  WW II was a long time ago and I was only 8 when it ended.  I do remember the second coming of Christ type on the headlines.

Time for another sketches, and perhaps you guys already bored with my style of drawing.... Sorry....

This time, we go back to the 80's, the era when F1 Car become a Rally car. Yes, the Group B monster!

Renault 5 Maxi Turbo Gruppe B 1983.. (That guy in the back is not very amused....) :meh:

    photo0097.jpg

My favourite, Lancia 037 Evo2 1984 in Rally San Remo.  That (supposedly) old man just watching the 'monster' passing by like nothing happened :whatevs:

    photo0099.jpg

And, now colored (a bit) Audi Quattro 1984 in the Rally San Remo, tackling double hairpin, and make the crowd amused... :O

    photo0102.jpg

    It much blurry though....

I can't draw people, miss. As you can see, I only can draw body gesture, but not full human being... ;)

That's nice. We have our own taste for art, don't we? :ohyes:

I have a few drawings of my cartoon/anime character, Alex Kobayashi. The one in my avatar was drawn for me by someone on deviantART.

Here's a few of the drawings I made:

I have this Eagle, which was finished recently. I took the pose from a book on the basics of animations and there was a section for birds in flight.

Somewhere in my sketchbook is the start of a Checker Marathon if it were placed in the movie Cars. The idea came to me during my stay in SoCal last week and I had the chance to visit Cars Land over at California Adventure. It's almost finished and i'll post the results once its done!

Please excuse the double post, but as promised I have the Cars Checker here:

    7GyMM8G.jpg

And as a bonus, I found one of my technical drawings from last semester. This was one of the very first AutoCad drawings I made, and it was done as a metric drawing. 9.2 isn't a bad score, but I could have done so much better on this one.

    IWd31vy.jpg

The inputs from the professor are that I should have included a center line for one of the holes, I should have extended the center lines for the rounded opening on the side (since the lower right hand view is considered the Front view) and I neglected to edit the fillet listing (fillets are smoothed, rounded edges and they are given a radial notation).
