Increase / control the speed of resources...

If it isn't possible to edit the amount of resources then is it possible to edit the speed on which they are extracted? or the amount that is extracted? It would certainly increase the profit margin although that would result in it being depleted much faster. God damn it, I wish it were possible to edit the resources in the maps.

Oh well, nothing to do about it.

How much is extracted can be altered, but I don't know about the speed.

set to .5 power and water agents which means 50% chance of going to random segment of segment that actually needs them

so if you set it to 0 then power agents always flow to closet  sink
