Any way to make smaller steams in GOD mode?

Oops. That was supposed to be streams. I am frustrated with how large the area of effect is (even with the Ctrl key pressed) when making valleys and such. Is there a way to have a finer scope of effect, like down to a square or two or three? There must be because people make very detailed maps when all I can do is make giant blotches. And forget about GOD mode landscaping on small maps, the circle of effect is bigger than the map itself.

That isn't quite small enough for my liking, but thanks. :)

Press "ctrl" and then either "0" to "9" to toggle the radius. 0 is the smallest possible radius and 9 is a very large radius. "shift" gives you the maximum radius.

    Dear sir/madam/whoever will read this!

    This profile is now defunct.

Computer problems and issues with accessing my Imageshack account meant My SC4 CJ Scrapbook was lost and utterly irretrievable. This setback put me off SC4 for many months.

Apologies for the inconvenience and for the lost pictures.

But that SC4 itch did not go away and it had to be scratched! I have started afresh with a new account here- The British Sausage

The URS is a spiritual successor to the SC4 CJ Scrapbook.

With this update this will be the last time I visit my original Simtropolis account- admin/mods feel free to remove it or do whatever you need to do. I have no further use for the Ln X (BLANKBLANK) account.

With regards, Miles Saunders-Priem aka. Ln X aka. The British Sausage

Ctrl + 0-9 didn't work, but shift +1 was nice and small, thanks a bunch.

I'll look into ploppable water as well.

On the SC4Devotion LEX, diggis has created some ploppable streams. Maybe try an author search for his creations over there.

There's also some additional terrain tools which come in handy for terraforming:

Protip for using terraforming tools (of any shape or game mode):

    Shift + # (1-5) controls tool size

    Shift + F# (1-5) controls tool strength.

1 is the least, and 5 is the greatest.

Not many are aware that the strength can be altered as well. The shift and ctrl buttons (by themselves) do both size and strength control at the same time.

A slight correction: The tools are controlled by Shift+n for radius and Fn for strength.  1 <=n <= 9.  Pressing shift and holding it by itself resets to maximum.
