I couldnt care less if every other human suffered eternal unjustofiable agony because i am not them. Practically speaking i raise thrice as a signer of the bullet idea. Tried tested and also honourable and civilized. Closest to death in battle. Injections strike me as needlessly complicated. I once sae a girl rip a chickens head off. Sometimed the simplest solution is the most efficient and logical.

I believe that that was why the guillotine was invented. Hanging was seen as too humane and simply beheading the condemned was seen as a quick and sure solution.

Beheading is surely the most humane method? Also highly efficient. Id reccomend it myself if hanging didnt have such a following. Execution methods are like Justin Bieber or One Direction. To each their lords.

If we are going to discuss methods, a bullet in the back of the skull is the least messy.  The Guillotine is too bloody for my taste with all that arterial spray.

I read mostly victorian literature as a boy. Probably they use lightsabres or magic these days ha. As to Mooses concern if beheading transpired without of doors the bloof would not stain any furniture or books.

Many countries still use hanging.  It is cheap.  All you need is a length of rope and a high place.  Quick and painless if done right.  However, it can be barbaric.

 

I've always felt that the American system of lethal injection was a misuse of medical knowledge.  It certainly is against the Oath of Hippocrates.
