Toll System [IDEA]

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone could develop a mod that implements a toll system into SimCity 2013, maybe something similar to that of SimCity 4's?

 

This is just an idea for a mod that anyone could develop upon. I would make it myself, but frankly I don't know how to.

yeah this would be really cool , even better if we could select the sections of road that we want the toll on and to be able to set the toll price for the section.

I want to tell you YES but its not possible until some further pipe and path types are added to the game core engine.
