What am I doing wrong?  I've been told to use Maxis Bridges for anything over 2 lanes in each direction and then to connect RHW with it but it's not coming out correctly.  Is there a video on youtube or something that someone can point me to for learning on how to connect these? Gymazh6.jpg

Turn the grid on and see if the roads are on the same grid path.  If they are, then make sure you are using the same width style of road.  For example if you are using the Network Widening system and the RWH system, they may not perfectly match up at the interface.  However, I think there are transition puzzle pieces available.  I'll have to admit, I haven't used them too often, so other members may be able to give better advice.

They are offgrid and don't match up but I know most times when you use the RHW connector piece onto a Maxis roadway, it'll fix itself but it won't fix it on this type of maxis roadway :(

Looks like you're trying to connect NWM-TLA7 to RHW-6s...?  That is an instance where the two don't line up and as far as I know there's no transition that will be created automatically. What you might need to do is transition the TLA7 to RD6 (there's a transition piece for that). Then the RD6 can be drawn up to the 6S:

It's not the best looking roadway, but it'll work. You might be able to shorten things up a bit to make it more compact.
