So what started out to be a small town to have just resident farmers who would work in Glasgow an Franklin ended up being this some how. Not sure where all these rich intelligent sims came from but I can't seem to get anyone else to move in because the land value an services are so good I guess.

Q: I'd like to know how they have an income of 200 across the board. What they growing over there in those farms pot & cocaine lol

Farms?  What farms?  Perhaps they all grow pot in their backyards and basements. :)

The Region view shows two small city tiles "Glasgow & Franklin" nothing but farms. Those two cities are the only source of any jobs. Making me wonder where all these people are getting such high salaries.

Perhaps they are home growing their product lol

BTW - Has anyone made a Medical Cannabis Lot in which would act as a small clinic of some sort? That would be funny lol

WHERE ALL THE DOUGH COME FROM?

Well the answer is EASY!  Its staring you in the face all the time!  I wish I had the talents in my Small Town as you do in Glasko Zombie, FAIRVIEW, 13131. Not every region have residents, much less one, where a man will sink his choppers into a dog if its not an "Oscar Meyer"... but your RICHES come from cashing in on that DAWG and his prodigy for their Writing abilities!  A-N-D "BEST SELLERS" at that!!!   How much one of them dogs go for?

HEY, stop in town sometime, come by City Hall and say hello.  I wonder if The Glasko-Zombies are distant relatives of the Peyton Place Zombies!  They look so much alike, strong "features" so SIM(ular) they must be!

Well, with your inverse tax structure and your high education standards, you attract and produce R$$$ citizens. If you use the SPAM, and I think you did, then your well-paid farmers will work on the SPAM farms. It's a demand mod for I-A (or "Ir" as it's called in that pic), and it produces quite a bit of R$$ and R$$$ jobs (the base game has only R$ jobs at farms, and only a few). Here an example:

    FarmingJobs_zps48503da6.jpg

You get this info with the extracheats.dll if you press Shift-Alt-Strg und hover the mouse cursor over a building, like in this case the Dairy Farm Red. The jobs info is at the end of the last line. You can see that this single farm provides 107 R$, 96 R$$ and 11 R$$$ jobs. SPAM is like that.

    @ SimRico - LMAO!!!!

@ Turjan - Yeah I use the spam. I didn't know it gave the farms better paid workers. Thanks! Answers my question as to why rich people came instead of low-wealth. Appreciated.
