Bit old topic but I wanted to make a round about about half year ago and we tried to make one with Orange Team....
Its not so hard to make one and a nice looking one, but to make one traffic enabled is hard and think SC4 cant do that

How did you get that Elevated Avenue looking thing (near the bottom left of the picture)? Or is it just an Avenue connecting to an Elevated Highway?

I know how to make a funny situation for roundabouts.Make a roundabout and zone a small landfill.[You can delete afterwords]Then watch as garbage trucks drive around almost endlessly in circles.

Is there a download that I need to get those road and street roundabouts? I would really love to have some proper ones in my city!

 

Also, how to I get the one-way roads to merge directly into the avenue carriageways as shown above?

You can get those round-a-bouts by downloading and installing the NAM .
