I saw the video (I'm still a youtube sub') and thought I'd give it another go as there's an offline mode on the way. I played for a couple of hours tonight, and it was quite good fun: no obvious bugs I could see in that time.

 

It will be interesting to see how you get on after all the fixes and changes.

I will, but I will hold on until patch 10 is online and SimCity gets an offline mode and user made mods.

 

In this episode I place the utilities, zone the first part of the city and start getting a small profit from the taxes. I also place the town hall and decide to let you give me ideas for the city's name.

In this episode I get education going, expand my zones, set up a clinic, a garbage dump and pay off some investors.

In this episode I set up the fire and police stations, expand my zones more and and the first City Hall upgrade, that and a lot more micromanaging.

In this episode I zone the last part of the city, double the utilities, buff up my education system and start going to medium density with industry and commercial.

 

In this episode I upgrade part of the RCI to medium density, switch to a high school and advanced utilities. I also transformer the mountain with roads a little bit to fit more wind turbines.

 

 

In this episode I let you chose a design for my second city. I show you two city designs for a university city and expect you to leave a comment about which one you like better.

I also jump back into the first city where I have got up to more then 80,000 sims at 3/4 medium density and have created A LOT of extra power, water and sewage capacity necessary for the new cities.

I start the second city in the region, a circle road design. In this video i set up the city, buy utilities from the first one, get money and build the road network.

In this video I place the services in my second city, zone it and sims start moving in. I get into green hourly income in 3 minutes.

In this video I get my second city up to full medium density, almost 90,000 sims, level up the university and do research, get public bus transportation started and all other little details that lead to finishing this city.

In this video I start the third city in the region, buy utilities from the first one, get money and build the road network as well as use the mountain for a vertical wind turbine farm.

In this video I place the services, parks and zone the third city. I let the sims move in and fill up the city.

In this video I develop the third city's zones, start the mining operations, get some medium density buildings and run into half a dozen bugs that make me rage.

During this video my third city gets a Mining and Trade HQ, I start exporting coal and ore, unlock and build a smelter, start exporting alloy and run into another half a dozen bugs that make me rage again.

In this video I fix the problem with the alloy delivery trucks, enable public transportation, establish a commuting line for workers from the first city to this city, and run into a problem of low water supply.

During this video I build my 5th city, Peralonium. It is a tourism city. I build the road network, transportation, attractions and zone everything. Some hotels are very quick to go up to medium density.

In this video you can watch how the tourism city develops to medium density, transportation hubs are upgraded and bring in more tourists, first high density hotels are built and the pro stadium starts hosting events.

This video shows how the tourism city develops a few high density hotels that lead to many more tourists coming into the city. Profits go up as the number of tourists goes up but there are some problems along the way. Also, the airport shows to be an effective tool to get rid of taxis.
