Welcome back to Region of Salem. Sorry that I have not been here lately as I was getting myself ready for my new Job working at Amazon which starts tomorrow (July 30th,2015). Today we will be visiting a new area of Ludlow District with the City of Black River. Black River straddles its namesake river of Black River and near the mouth of Black River Canyon which lies to east. The city has a population of over 20,000 sims.

    Reply....

Supermessi= I am glad you like the area. It turns out how it turns out and the grid is how most Midwestern cities and towns are laid out and the airport is actually a simplified build up as I did not want to fuss around with making sure that it is detailed.

Welcome back to Region of Salem. I didn't have time to make a meaningful update, but I have one ready. I am enjoying my new job at Amazon that I am tired after each work day. Reply.......... Schulmanator=  I totally agree with you about the day and night looks.

I thought about this, and am still thinking about it because though I've thought about this, I still have more thinking to do as to stop thinking about it would mean not to think.

A simple layout, but I'm willing to bet that takeoffs and approaches to/from the west can be a little tricky with the terrain not far away.

Welcome back to Region of Salem and Happy Belated New Year. This update is a small one ( total of 5 pictures) and this update is the Second Anniversary of the start of this CJ ( January 19th will be the actual anniversary date). Today we will be visiting Bristol District which only consists of one city and a few small towns and villages so far.

Cool entry , rural areas are my favorite . I gotta say the last image I really like the best . I also like how you skipped over a few fields with the agriculture , adds to the realism . Nice job .

To all of my readers and cj fans. I must apologize for a lack of updates as I have been busy with work, feeling unmotivated (which is slowly fading away), and playing Train Simulator 2016 (on Steam). I played a little today and will get pictures ready by Friday. Enjoy everyone. JKB

Welcome back to Region of Salem. After working up the will to do an update, I present to you North Ludlow including my first big freeway interchange and we will be visiting just north of North Ludlow to the city of Junctionville to look at Region of Salem's largest railyard. I will be instituting a new thing to the picture text. I will be using "^" to denote which text belongs to which picture.

The four level Big Ludlow is pretty impressive, you made good use of the terrain in that one. Your RHW in general has improved a lot recently.
And that's the first time I seen anyone use that hump yard. It looks even better than I thought it would in game.

JKB, this is some really nice RHW work here--you've really gotten the hang of the latest features in the mod, and it's always satisfying to see them put to good use.  I'm also definitely a fan of your suburb building.  This update is great all around!
