Dictatorship in Sim city 4!

Hi guys I have this idea of building a dictatorial country(region) ruled by a leader known for his personality cult.I need help with any props that I may need as well as suggestions for building such a thing.I have one crazy idea already:

I am going to build a one way road leading from my mayoral manshion into the places that I would love visiting in my city such that my limo can cruise on a traffic free road whenever royalty decides to visit the citizens.One thing I need badly is a huge statue of a real world leader which I can plop on a tall hill to remind citizens that I've got my eyes on them.Any links?

Look in the exchange under SimCity 4 and put in the word "statues" in the search box in the upper right of the page and you will find some. I would have posted you a link for it but for some odd reason simtropolis isn't letting me post any links.

Remember, if they start to riot against you, send a meteor or a giant robot on them!!! I do this on every city I create, and I spend a lot of money building my mayor house and surrounding it with open grass area and some police kiosk. My next mayor house will be located on any mountain, because I'm supreme!

 

Ah, I'll recommend this mod to you for more realism to dictatorial cities:

 

And if you don't want to destroy your cities by using meteors, build a military base and use your Tanks/helicopters to fight against rioters. It Works like a charm

Why would anyone want a statue of Muhamar Gaddafi?  You'd probably be happier with Vladimir Lenin or Joe Stalin (if you are old enough to remember who they are.)

 

Well it's really not about age and about remembering them, they are famous way past their death and especially Josef Stalin should be a well known name to anyone, no matter the age.

 

On a related note, the Monument to The People's Dear Beloved Leader is the one you should use because it's the Monument to The People's Dear Beloved Leader.

Just a little history.  It's good to remember how things went before to prevent them from being a surprise now.

Okay guys,drifting a bit.

One thing you'll notice about a lot of countries dictatorships is that they tend to have large amounts of public housing, concrete prefabs. Try searching that.
Also their big cities have rather impressive momuments, so go obnoxiously big on it!

Well, there is the PEG ship pack, but they are, unfortunately all static.  I am unaware of any ship automata that will work with ports.  Anyone?
