Hello,

OK.. so now after I learned how to make custom region maps...

I also want to learn how to make custom buildings...

I searched Google and Simtropolis but didn't got much help.

1) So can you tell me how to make custom buildings?

2) How can I add properties to those buildings like this building will increase commerce by +5 and that building will reduce garbage by -5?

3) What are the differences between 3D models, .BAT's, lots, maps and props. Please clarify a bit.. They all mean same to me.

Thank you

It might well take you a couple of days to run the BAT Essentials tutorial.  It covers the ground.  Now let's see if you can resist making a bunch of Bauhaus buildings, they are so dull.

I haven't made a custom building, but I have made custom lots, which you also have to do with your buildings if you want to use them.  Heres the write up I made.

And I have made custom lots with the Lot Editor alone.
