where i can download the high tech industral buildings?

i need to download the growable high tech industrial buildings. where i can download it? i just searched STEX. but i can't find it. also how they can grow? i can see lots of large high tech buildings (6x6 5x6 5x5).

Most such are default in the game, however some do exist on the exchanges.  Use Google to search the STEX.

 

Remember that you can't have an all $$$ city, and the number of R$$$ in any city is around 15% because the game buildings only employ very few R$$$.  If you want the facts about an individual building in your city you need the extra cheats dll.  With it active if you open the query operator and hold down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and move the operator over the building you get the debugging panel with all the facts.

i know. but in a video. i can see the entire city is full of R$$$. and some R$$. but the I-HT is not getting abandoned. they still growing. and he showed the RCI demand. demand for I-HT is so high. but there are some custom buildings there. larger than maxis buildings. (6x6. 7x7. 5x5).

Those lot sizes can be achieved by using the "CTRL" button which will make the zone lot a solid block and not a block divided into multiple other blocks. Another way is to zone four 3x3 in a block and they will combine into one lot, assuming that you have a 6x6 industry building downloaded.

There are high-tech buildings on the STEX and the LEX but you will have to look harder. The majority of the high-tech buildings I've seen here can look like an average office building and may not look like an industry building.

I would start on the LEX and use the power search to search for industrial buildings.  That is where I downloaded most of my industrial buildings.  You can use the search on STEX but it is a little more general and does not always return the results you may expect.  If you do find a I-HT building you like on the STEX, you can always click on 'view other files' and see if the author made any other I-HT buildings.

The method I use when using the Google search is, typing what content I want followed by which exchange I want to pull from.

 

ie: "High Tech Simptropolis" or "High Tech SC4Devotion" (I don't use STEX/LEX because the results aren't as good as using the full site name IMO)

You could also try other sites not the STEX and LEX, because many if those have nice buildings too. (ToutSimCities, SimCityKurier, etc.) Just remember, you have to be patient with SimCity in order to get results.

There are more at the LEX that you can search for. For some these lots to grow, you will need to use the "CTRL" button when zoning to grow some of these buildings. You may want to search "Industrial" on the STEX as that gave me more results.

thanks! but there are some larger growable I-HT buildings (8x8, 8x7, 7x7). and what's the mod for the I-HT buidlings will not abandoned if your city is fulled with R$$ and R$$$?

I get those built automatically in industrial zones that have been default (click and hold) created.  You don't really need to custom zone industrial as the game will sort them out on its own.

um. there's some more larger I-HT growable buildings. but most of ST users don't know what mod pack this is. but you can asking the creator of GTR. because he had lots of growable I-HT buildings.
