SPAR Distribution, by Mattb325   Though the buildings in this BAT are purely fictional, SPAR food retailers are not; with over 12,000 stores in 35 countries, the logistics required to ship so many products (fresh and packaged) requires serious space and dedicated infrastructure.   To that end, I have created a series of BATs to fulfill both CS and IHT demand. The main office building has a mix of differently tinted glass and balconies, and, as is so common in industrial parks, the large warehousing area is high-clearance and pre-fabricated concrete and steel.   The lot-work gives you four distinct options for your cities and focuses on the high-wealth.
