They are CS$$ and CS$$$. Single-layer ones are CS$$$ 3000, and double-decks are CS$$ 8000 and triple-decks are CS$$ 12000. Yes, it's HUGE.

Well, go on. What do you have in your head about your new ship?

Shunde-7 is not equipped with interstellar travel capability because that's not how the ship is used :-P  On its sides, it says "Zanapolis Central Transportation Bureau" (in Japanese). Yes, Shunde-7 is just a municipal transport like subways and buses.

Yeah, if possible, a spaceport in NCCP helps a lot!  :-P

Btw, those Xioh Ganda Cosmocruisers next to Velacosma Associates NCCP, they shouldn't be there really... They are military spacecrafts belonging to Zanonean Royal Cosmoforce. So there should be... Sujian Ni's and Sujian He's of Tau Kinematik.

Oh.... ouch. I can't get any image from those pictures... You know, taking BAT requests are actually VERY hard business... But if you have a sufficiently detailed perspective drawing of what you want to make, it may be possible.
Ships can fly through. In fact, Quadrahedron Matrix itself is a sort of spaceport. It has got an array of 3D beacons (lighthouse) and vessels automatically adjust distances to other objects.
