Update: Reaps is still trying to get his SimCity set up and I had Thanksgiving, so I was gone most of the week.  Then today my game froze up and I had to reboot and lose about 30-40 minutes worth of work.    I had a whole section of farmland I was going to show too. 

 

 

Apparently, Cothen is comprised entirely of dirt roads, palm trees, and trailers.  The people live off the land and export mostly fish.
