Sea level not changing with ilive's reader

I have done it before to get my bridge foundations to build properly when I am placing identical bridges 1 space apart for RHW.  I open iLive's Reader, I open my terrain controller(meadowshire), I select the top exemplar, I select "sealeavel, right click, change it to zero, save it, exit and go back into game and voila, my sea level is now zero.

Unfortunately, it is not working now, I set it to zero, or any other number for that matter and it no longer changes my sea level at all.  I am trying to create a pier or two or three for this port I want to make and this will allow it to be created much easier and more effectively as I will be able to see the grid.

Why is it suddenly not working?

Before posting i did confirm, by going through my entire plugins folder, that I have no other terrain controllers.  I do have the brigantine water mod though, but I have had that as long as  the measowshire terrain controller, and the brigantine water mod was installed when I lowered my terrain last.

The only thing that is different in fact is the newest version of the NAM.  Could there be something up with NAM31.2 that is causing setting the sea level to zero to not work?  Is there a sea level controller somewhere in the NAM even?

Edit:  3 days later and not even a single view, I am a bit disappointed.  QQ  I really needed this to work, my progress in this city is at a halt as a result of not being able to lower the sea level and thus unable to create the port necessary for progress in my industrial complex.

I can;t beleive nobody even so much as looked at this post and therefore I am crying to myself.

Guess everyone is gone on holiday.

Maybe you can try another mod to change the sea level. put it in a Z_ folder so it will load after.

I already added 3 "Z"s and a "_" tot he beginning of the three files in the controller folder.  I will do the same tot he folder and see what happens.  I might even just put it into the z_NAM folder, I have had to do that to some other things to get them to work.  I really need to be able to build that port, I already tore the whole city down and rebuilt it, I am not going to to that again.

Final Edit:  This has been resolved, for anyone who is experiencing this as well, rename all files in the folder and rename the folder with "ZZZ_" in front of it and then drop it into your Z_NAM folder.  I have no idea why you have to now go to such extremes to get this to work.  I had to do this same thing for the Rvit tar sealed streets too and a couple other mods I got.  I ended up just deleting the tar sealed streets mod though, too many new pieces of street for it to work properly anymore.
