This mod allows you to alter the games sea level in-game.   To use it, simply install the bugger. If you have a terrain mod read the instructions provided within. (I made them for a reason, that reason was to be read)   The actual way to use this mod is to bring up the cheat console in-game (ctrl-X) and type, setsealevel followed by a number from 0 to 2000. Remember to separate the word and the number with a space, otherwise it will just not work. (can't stress that enough)   (also remember that 250 is the default sea level, so just randomly putting 2000 may just look a tad ridiculous)     This mod allows you to build things like mountain rivers and created flood effects within your cities.       Oh, and thanks to drunkapple for helping me with the patching.
