Nope. You can turn them to llamas, though.

You can shut them up from options menu. If you have set your game to go automatically to catastrophes then you should be fine. Note, that you don't get information about new reward buildings, but they still exist in your Reward menu. You must also be more careful with your civic and power buildings, but managing them becomes a reflex after awhile.

Unfortunately, there's no way to make them physically leave the office.

But as Reform mentioned, to reduce their repetitive ranting, the best way is to disable "Urgent Advice Dialogs".  Playing the game on hard difficulty also reduces advisor input.

They are always wrong anyway.  They are not all bad though, there are some that really stand out some for good reasons and others for very sinister reasons.

Neil Fairbanks is crooked as all get out, he is obviously being bought off by the commercial sector.  He will always say things like "Zone more commercial!" when there is obviously no demand for it, the only explanation... He is getting bribes or kickbacks.  Neil must've worked in Chicago prior to getting a contract SimCity4.  This guy needs to be terminated and possibly brought up on criminal corruption charges.

Meanwhile Monique Diamond never has anything to offer about the budget unless things are seriously messed up, she has no clue as to how to improve things, she just screams like a crazy woman when things are already too far out of control to bring back, she is probably the most inept out of all the advisors.  I suggest a reprimand and if no improvement to follow then termination is highly recommended

Jonas Sparks is a good guy, he is always giving me good news and periodical updates, very proactive guy, he lets me know about things before they get out of hand, kudos to Jonas, he deserves a raise.

Sam Armstrong is very much like Jonas, in fact I saw them at a coffee shop recently eating doughnuts together and drinking coffee, they must influence each other, he deserves a promotion.

Sometimes Bettina Dean can get confused.  I bulldozed a school the other day because it was over it's capacity and replaced it with a higher capacity school.  Even though the funding was good, maybe even too good, she continued to berate me and say the teachers were going to strike, obviously the teachers were quite pleased, I guess Bettina doesn't read watch the news, she can be woefully uninformed at times.  Maybe she should stop missing the city planning briefings.

Jameel Herd, I don;t really know the guy all that well.  When I got into office as Mayor/God, he said hello to me and offered some advice on highway building and mass transit building, but after that I never heard from the guy again.  I think he is one of those status quo guys, as long things are okay he just kinda hides under his desk and hopes nothing ever goes wrong.

Camille Meadows... Her heart is int he right place for sure.  She can get a little over zealous sometimes, if it were all up to her, there wouldn't be a city at all, it would just be trees and ambient animals everywhere.  You can't run a city with llamas working the assembly lines, llamas don;t even drive cars, what does she want me to do watch the grass grow all day everyday, forever?

Convert them all into llamas.  You get a better picture of their personalities this way:

I think Monique should get a prescription for Xanax.
