A city of 30,000 isn't big enough for tall CO$$$ buildings. You need the On installation, you can select only the traffic simulator if you want, as that will address your problems, or you can select the whole package. And you should get rid of the "No Job Zot killer"; it simply deprives you of useful information. OK, how big of a city do you need for major commercial hi-rises I actually have around 80,000 sims

I need help with commercial development and mass transit in my cities. I'll start stating why with commercial development I zone high density Commercial Office. I expect tall CO$$$ buildings but I get drive-in theaters. For R$ and R$$ this doesn't matter because I have industry in an adjacent city. But for R$$$, this matters a lot. Next, I have mass transit woes. Even when I put subway stations close together, people still drive and clog up my avenues. This is, along with my office woes, how abandonment starts ( even though I have "No Job Zot killer installed"). I would really like to know solutions to these problems
