Is anyone else seeing the sale if the Simcity DLC on Origin?

I can't help but feel that the current pricing is more in line with what they should have been charging all along...

Can you be more specific, because I don't see any "deal" on there over what the standard prices have been.....?

Currently Amazon.com and WalMart is selling Sim City 2013 at a reduced price 39.95, versus the regular price for 59.95. I have seen this price at a couple of other retailers.

Also for all those who have not purchased Sim City 4, Amazon is currently selling the Deluxe Edition for 9.95, versus the regular price of 19.95. This is a great price for those who have not bought it.

I just started everything up and they announced a 10 to 50% sale on all things simcity. Admittedly I am in Australia so I'm not sure if it is country specific.

All of the DLC was reduced to $4.99 and there were reductions on the game itself. At this sort if prices got tempted!

(Except the amusement park which was $8.99)

So basically I paid more money for a game that was functionally unplayable for the first month, and all I got for it was to pick a free game from a group of EA games I would never play on a PC in the first place?

Then to top it off they update the game again a couple months later and reintroduce problems that they already patched (unexplained traffic, etc) creating similar havoc to the launch problems?

EA either has the best or the worst marketing team in all of business depending on how you look at it.

I guess P.T. Barnum was right, a sucker is born every minute.
