    after update 4.0 this mod wont work as before. U cant make intersections with "normal" roads.

    i think i figured it out i'll do some more testing

     

    I speculate That it has something whit the Amusement DLC that where added to the ecogame folder

    to solve this i had to use another unused (i hope) road i found

    but for me it does not work. Sometimes a Avenue will Pop up, another time a streetcar road, sometimes it doesnt work at all.

    actually the road still works just the graphics aren't loading for some reason 

     

    AND it worked when i uploaded it but not any longer

     

    well it works but you cant see the street I'll go looking for another unused street tomorrow or later if anyone whant to take a look theres two values i think has to do with appearance i list them below

    these are located in PHT files

    0x09532375 - Appearance

    0x09532377 - Ghost Appearance

     

    of course they might not be the problem

    I've updated again this one is visible as dirt road but i cant get the graphics i chosen to load why i cant figure out.

     

    modifying the simcity_game.package directly gets the correct graphics to works but not in a standalone file

     

    due to this the cars and pedestrians will will be on the outer sides of the street but thats because they are aligned for another texture

    Great work on the Mod so far. I downloaded the new version and it finally connected to my streets again, however I am unable to delete the new roads once placed, it no longer carries power/water/sewage and cars seem to use it as well. Keep up the great work, hopefully these damn updates wont keep setting you back!

Keep up the great work, hopefully these damn updates wont keep setting you back!

    i'm aware of that problem the reason is because i had to change the path i used to yet another one and that the original file lacks the setting thats allows it to be bulldozed.

     

    The solution is to use the uni14 file i posted in my main post it wont conflict with the mod and modifies the street i used in version 1.4 to be bulldozable  also it it makes it work as the mod

     

    I do hope i wont need to change street again. But i'll ask anyone who reads this to keep an eye out for anything this mod might do unintentionally. The street i'm using appears to be unused since i can find no link to it in any other prop but this don't mean it could not be used elsewhere i hope its unused but only time will tell

    It appears this is not working with Update 4.0. I try to attach the road to another road and it says "Cannot intersect this road."

     

    Nevermind, I found out the reason why. When it was updating it deleted all of my mod scripts.

    Does this road allow for resource delivery trucks?

     

    How about industrial delivery trucks?

    if you mean the uni14 no the file it's for those that used the 1.4 version so that they can delete the invisible streets (to find them go into trains menu)

    if you mean the main 1.5 version no. those trucks are in the same group as cars and sewage. all trade trucks can use it. (those that you place garages for)

    only the groups listed in the main post can

    this is all the groups if found

    some determine what can be done to the road like if it can intersect or be bulldozed

    others determine what can use the road like sewage cars and pedestrians and lastly some determine what can be plopped

    Interesting, I wonder if the regional highway can be modded to be bulldozable. With the mod to create new city access points it would be a useful tool to better connect cities.

     

    They must have also used a special type of high den. avenue for the little tongue into the city as that can't be bulldozed.

     

    It would be nice to create a master mod that not only allowed the player to create new city connections, but bulldoze mistakes as well. My current city is so overwhelmed with traffic trying to leave that it basically shut the city down (this, in fact, happens to every city I create). I am not sure why massive numbers of my resident shoppers and workers leave, but that little one lane out of the city just doesn't cut it.

    in the same way that Maxis seem to have created an unbulldozable avenue for the entrance to the city, it should be possible to create a bulldozeable highway, while still having the region highway unbulldozable?

    1.5 and 1.7 use the same street so should be bulldozable if not make a quick check that the files are in the correct folders.

    also i discovered yesterday that there is a alphabetic load order to files ty renaming all mod files by adding "1_" to the beginning of its name

    First i will say that since it works for me this is hard for me to troubleshoot but i will take my best shot at it.

    also please post a reply here if you found a solution or if it has fixed it self

    If the street was built using the 1.4 version you should download the uni14.zip file since this will allow you to bulldoze those streets.

    secondly if its not 1.4 issue then the only thing i can think of is that you guys just claimed a new city plot if so this is a known problem and the solution is to restart the game this is most likely for any mod that that contains script packages. (files that are placed in the "\SimCityUserData\Packages\" folder)

    this might be late but i think ProcsKalone already did that
