NDEX Diamond Financial BAT help

A while back I downloaded NDEX's Diamond Financial.  Well it was a while before my city was capable of developing the building.  When if finally did try to build a Diamond Financial building, a brown box appeared.  I went back and checked the dependencies.  The BAT has the following dependecies:

 

NDEX Texture Set Volume 1

BSC Texture Pack Volume 4

BSC Essentials Package

NDEX Global Essentials.

 

I searched my Plugin folder and I have all the dependencies except the BSC Texture Pack Volurme 4.  I searched the LEX and the STEX, and for the life of me I cannot find the BSC Volume 4 pack.

 

Does anybody know were I can download the BSC Texture Pack Volume 4.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Volume 4 has now been superseded and combined into the mega pack: BSC Textures Vol 01.

You may already have it, since it's regarded as one of the most commonly used dependencies.

Missing textures cannot cause brown boxes.

 

Possible causes of your problem are:

• You don't have the building model (the .sc4model file) - check for it in the folder where you installed the building
• You don't have SimCity 4 Deluxe or the Rush Hour Add-on (just plain vanilla SC4)
• Your SC4 Deluxe / SC4 + Rush Hour isn't fully patched to use BATs (do other BATs work)?

Where did you download the building? LEX or STEX? If you got it from the LEX, it might have been put into one of those gigantic packs of buildings they are so fond of over there... however, the documentation should have said so.

Yes, T Wrecks is right. Sorry, I didn't read your post correctly (that it's a brown box issue).

 

If you are missing the model file, it can be found in the of the Diamond Financial Center.

Thanks T Wrecks and Cyclone Boom for your help.  It turned out to be a missing model file.  I am now the proud owner of a Diamond Financial Building in my downtown area.
