Now that bridge is pure excellence.I love the shape of the hills and how the bridge just glides over the hills like nothing....

Great cj! I really love the mountainous terrain, especially that latest bridge you built: very impressive! Also, I like your use of the rowhomes; keep up the good work

Some very good updates from Most and Krsj.
The Soccer stadium is really in the best Rodina tradition, and the landscape around Kersj is quite spectacular.

To whom it may concern:

As a mayor of Belleville, capital city of Pays-Beaux, I have been authorized by Parliament of Pays-Beaux to announce here that all kind of relations between Socialist State of Rodina and Pays-Beaux are severed. All my previous posts in this CJ have been withdrawn and I will not post here in future.

This decision has been taken considering the official glorification of Stalin and his regime in the Socialist State of Rodina and the inacceptable interpretation of the tragic history of the 20th Century.

We do not take one death as a tragedy and million deaths as statistics.
We honour the victims of the stalinist regime.

Most Druzjbi i Uspecha (The Bridge of Friendship and Prosperity), usually called Russkij Most (The Russian Bridge) was built in the mid 60's by Soviet engineers.

Tserk Sv Kresjenie (Church of the Holy Baptism)

The oldest part of the church (early 12th century) was built on the spot where Rodina's patron St Irina is said to have been baptized.

Nice pics of the bridge and the church. I always think that structures like bridges and viaducts can add to a landscape 2.gif and the church fits in nicely overlooking the water

     Monastir Krsj (Krsj monastery)
Built in early 14th century by orthodox monks.
During the Ottoman siege of Ilitj 1608-09 the monastery served as refuge for bishops and patriarchs who had fled upstream rivers Ilja and Mirja.

Not sure what you mean, but I know next to nothing about BATting...
I have made a couple of pictures though that I use in my own lots.

Don't remember offering to make flags for others (other than maybe be put on embassies in my CJ), and for the moment I use what little spare time I get to play the game.

Well....thats a shocker.....Your not Russian...hmm then let me guess and ask if you are of Eastern European decent?

Okay enough about where we come from....

I love that church. How simple yet inspiring for all who travel near it.I again must say that brigde is very great and yes it does add to the landscape in many ways...

Simbourgeois:I'm kinda confused...you won't post here due to the glorifaction of Stalin?Hell if anyone shouldn't post here its me....My family was basicly forced to leave its homeland and travel to such a far away country as America due to Stalin's capture of Eastern Europe.....

Either way lets not take anything from this CJ personally....44.gif

Lot of Laughs on that first 5 commercials. I can imagine that after a hard day work in one of those industries one might want to relax and see the beauty GOD has created.

    Great those shields!
Is Kholodno a secret town without shield?

Well done, Sepsis! Good to see more background to Rodina.. The shields look great and really add to the story of Rodina.. Any chance of a history update in the future? I would love to know more about Rodina through the ages.. 19.gif I've installed Simgoober's NIMBY pack too, so seeing as how you've managed to develop five in a row, I think it could greatly affect the development of my new towns.. 9.gif

Like I said, well done and I'm looking forward to more! 44.gif

Mr. Chariman, Great updates. I really like your designs for the civic arms and I think that Nova Gora looks absolutely dreadful. Keep up the good work. I too would like to read about some of the history of your great land.

I've always liked your updates. Keep on the good work.

Your cities look a little bit unrealistic. You know, I don't see any suburbs, the cities just end after some big blocks and that's all. Why is that?

Good ol' Liberty Islands! Someday, I'll repost my old CJ.

    ..unrealistic.. Why is that?

But of course they are unrealistic!
     Why?

    1    It's a game?
2    My cities and towns are by no means complete. When I feel like making surburbs, I will.
3    There are actually towns in Russia that are more or less without surburbs. I've seen it.
    4    It's a game.

Thanks for asking -now begone!  3.gif
